Liquefied chocolate 1 cup

Fresh puris 12-16

Beautiful vermicelli to sprinkle

Vanilla frozen yogurt 3 scoop

Espresso decoction 2 tablespoons

Milk 1 cup

Motichoor laddoos 5-6

Pistachio cuts to embellish



Stage 1

Jab puris from top to make an opening and plunge the base in the dissolved chocolate. Spot it topsy turvy on a plate and sprinkle some bright vermicelli on them. Keep the plate in the fridge till the chocolate sets.

Stage 2

Mix together frozen yogurt, espresso decoction and milk till smooth.

Stage 3

Empty the readied blend into singular shot glasses till they are ¾ full. Spot the chocolate crusted puris on top. Stuff each with some squashed motichoor laddoo.

Stage 4

Trimming with pistachio cuts and serve.
